5.3 Payment Processing

To process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment channels. Legal basis: Performance of a contract.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

7 Data Retention

333ph retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. Specific retention periods include:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the activity.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.

333ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to enhance your user experience, maintain session security, and analyse Platform usage. The types of cookies used by 333ph include:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the operation of the Platform, including session management and security features. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.

If 333ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be deleted as soon as practicable, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authorities. 12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

333ph primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international KYC verification services — 333ph will ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Specifically, 333ph will only transfer personal data to recipients in countries that provide an adequate level of data protection, or will implement appropriate safeguards such as contractual data protection clauses, prior to any such transfer. 333ph will not transfer your personal data to any jurisdiction that does not provide adequate protections for your rights as a data subject.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

333ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, 333ph will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the 333ph Platform following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
